  2. Be visible in classrooms, in hallways, on the playground, in the cafeteria, at staff workshops, etc.
  3. Your symbolic presence at school events sends a message of concern and interest.
  4. Visibility throughout the school day helps to reduce student discipline problems, sets school tone and promotes communication.
  5. High visibility is a natural expression of concern and interest.

The main reason for roaming around the school is to constantly receive feedback from a myriad of sources on how your school is operating.
